Oak Hurst Gardens is a modern mock-Tudor period style house with an appealing contemporary design. It could be at home on any modern UK build and visitors could probably find a real-life example in every UK town. The six rooms include two attic rooms, while the entrance door is protected by a traditional wooden canopy and the windows "leaded" for the full effect. Why not add to it with the Garage Wing or perhaps the Cotswold Conservatory, giving more space for a more imaginative project? The Garage Wing can be used with sliding French doors to create another room, just as in a real house. This house features a gap between the back wall and the stairs to allow its inhabitants to gain access to the rooms from the top of the stairs
