All of our products are held in stock and are available for same day despatch. However, if a product is temporarily out of stock (due to a stock query or damage) we will let you know as soon as possible. We aim to despatch orders placed by 2pm (GMT) Monday - Friday the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT), at the weekend or on a public holiday are despatched the next working day.
In busier periods such as Christmas time and during site wide promotions, it may take our team slightly longer to despatch your order. We work through orders in date order, oldest to newest.
If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of the original postage which will need to be paid before we can resend the parcel to you again. Or if the order is being refunded, it will be refunded minus the cost of any postage paid. In any instance where it’s our/our carriers fault that the order hasn’t been delivered, then we will resend the parcel free of charge.
The method used to send your order will depend on its weight and destination.
For orders under £50 within the UK - we use Royal Mail Second Class which can take 3-4 Working Days to arrive with you. When checking out, you can choose to upgrade this to Courier Tracked (Next Working Day)
For orders over £50 within the UK - your order will be sent with our Courier Tracked (Next Working Day) service.
By using the Courier Service your parcel will be fully trackable and you will receive all of your tracking/delivery information directly from the carriers via email and SMS. Our couriers are an express services and for the majority of the time, orders are delivered on the next working day from the date that your order is despatched.
Sometimes we do find that your order may encounter a very slight delay when with the courier, if your order is delayed by the courier, we cannot be held liable for this delay, however please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you find out why your parcel has taken longer to be delivered than usual.
Please note: If our couriers are unable to deliver your order directly to your address, they will attempt to deliver to a neighbour to accept the order on your behalf. If you do not want our couriers to deliver to a neighbour, please let us know before the order is despatched so that we can advise the couriers to simply return the order to us if you are unable to take delivery of the order yourself. If you fail to contact us before the order is despatched then we take this as agreement to us delivering the order to a neighbour if you are unable to accept the delivery.
For deliveries outside of the UK - when checking out, you can choose either (depending on the size and weight of your order) between Royal Mail International Standard or our Courier Service.
Royal Mail International is a standard service for parcels weighing under 2kg, it does not allow you to track your parcel. Your order may be passed to your local postal authorities for the final part of the delivery.
The Courier service is an express service and is fully trackable, however your order may be passed to a local courier service for the final part of the delivery.
We can not send orders to PO.Box addresses with our courier service.
Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man will incur a higher postal charge due to being outside of the United Kingdoms regular postal services networks.
Depending on the items that you order, due to packaging and shipping restrictions, we may have to split your order into multiple parcels. Therefore, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on both the delivery location and the parcel weight.
Overseas deliveries can be subject to Customs fees, these are beyond our control. They vary from country to country and delivery to delivery depending on the goods ordered.
Any parcel sent overseas with Royal Mail and DHL Air are sent as DAP (Delivered at Place) This means that if duties are due on your order, the Customs team of your local delivery service will contact you to arrange payment before the parcel will be delivered to you. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to sender. Once received back, we will refund the items in your order but will not refund the postage charged as we have sent the order in good faith.
Any parcel sent overseas with DHL Road are sent as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) This means that we will have already calculated the fee due and charged this as part of the shipping fees when you have checked out with us. Your order will be declared as having had the fees paid when it enters the destination country and therefore will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
The below table should give an indication as to whether your order would be despatched with or without duties paid already.

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive with you when expected, we would ask you to notify us as soon as possible.
We expect Royal Mail orders in the UK to be delivered within 3-4 working days from date of despatch.
Europe, United States, Canada and Australia to be delivered within 10-14 working days from date of despatch.
We expect Courier orders in the UK to be delivered the Next Working Day from date of despatch.
European countries, on average, within 4-6 working days from date of despatch.
United States, Australia and New Zealand within 4-5 working days from date of despatch.
Please note that we are an online retailer and do not have a shop or showroom for visitors.
