This chic wharfside apartment block offers modern living and style for the 21st Century collector looking for an individual and eye-catching contemporary dollhouse. The versatile layout accessed by its external spiral staircase accommodates three homes at one address, each with its own balcony and 'glass' sliding doors. 1, 2 & 3 Waterside Way includes all sliding windows and doors pre-assembled and cutting-edge design features such as the arched roof and 'glass' panelling in an easy to build kit.

I have previously purchased The Classical House and Basement Kit from The Dolls House Emporium and I am absolutely delighted with them.

A lot of dolls house for this special price (£110)! I could not afford the Malibu beach house, but can easily adapt this kit to a great Art Deco residence instead!
