This authentic Tudor property creates a wonderful residence for any erstwhile entrepreneur. Its versatile layout consists of seven rooms over three floors and lends itself to many creative opportunities. Detailed 'timber' framing, 'leaded' windows and an external balcony feature along with an enclosed market area - perfect for the man-about-town to make an extra few shillings!

Fitting perfectly with this exceptional residence is the equally unique Stratford Bakery; a delightful optional extra which can be a shop giving even more business possibilities for branching out.

I would like to say how much I enjoyed constructing the house. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and the house all came together without major disaster.
