This Victorian Villa has a wealth of beautiful and unique features, particularly around the door and windows, which give additional interest to this charming house. The basement offers an outdoor courtyard area, which we have tiled in black and white. Mimosa Cottage is available as a fully-painted and externally-decorated QuickStyle flat pack which means you only need to choose and apply your interior wallpapers - all the painting has been done for you.

This house features a gap between the back wall and the stairs to allow its inhabitants to gain access to the rooms from the top of the stairs.

I found Magpies and Jenny Wrens very easy to put together and wire for lights. As they were Quickstyle houses I only had to decorate inside. It has very large rooms and is a delight to look at!

We have just assembled it and have discovered to our shock that the window holes are unevenly cut and the windows fit very badly into them -- some are very loose with large gaps around the windows. We can't face sending the whole house back though so guess we are stuck with them.
