This beautiful modern design could be your very own barn conversion, or a holiday getaway at the side of a lake or harbour...

It's a light-filled house with endless possibilities - where the only limit is your own imagination! 21st Century rooms offer space for a home spa, open living, holiday lets and more.

What's more, if you buy Lake View already built, you will benefit from a superb and sophisticated mini-makeover with a glamorous lighting scheme and a cosy lit stove in the Garden Room below - all included in the price!

The loft - which could be an office, playroom or entertainment centre - and the bedroom are supplied with a new pink damask wallpaper coupled with a new pink and silver stripe design which goes perfectly with the cream carpet. The bathroom has 'blue slate' embossed walls and flooring.

The main lounge area is hung with gold and pink floral wallpaper and the kitchen in gold/black stripes. Both floors are finished with 'polished' parquet. The basement/garden room is supplied with Georgian Green wallpaper sandstone tiled flooring.

Lake View is also available in kit form if you would like to design your own décor inside and out or in the fully-painted and externally decorated QuickStyle option.

Sometimes an article or magazine picture or a person's remark will send my brain into overdrive as I try to transport that thought into something I can make in miniature! I love the challenge.
