April Cottage, with its charming Cotswold style, has been given a make-over for 2012 and boasts a whole new décor - inside and out!

It retains the much-loved period detail with a double bay frontage to enhance the exterior.

There are different ways in which you can enjoy this property: as a fully-painted and externally-decorated QuickStyle flat pack (available in sandstone finish only) which means you only need to choose and apply your interior wallpapers as all the painting and exterior finish have been done for you! You could buy in kit form, or as a fully-built and decorated building.

If you choose the built option you'll find it complete with a new and carefully-chosen mix of evocative Victorian wallpapers, including the delicate Pink Cameo, a charming Victorian Nursery wallpaper and a soft yellow wall covering. Other rooms make use of the quality Blue Oreton and Pink Floral embossed tile paper.

The built houses will be decorated and lit in this charming style but if you wanted to purchase a kit and create a DIY project for your dolls, the new interior makes use of a decorative hanging Tiffany Light, a hanging Globe Light, the Twin Candle Wall Light, a double hanging Tulip Light and lights 7200 and 7249.

The Barn is a special additional feature - and the house lends itself perfectly to a garden project too!
