I love when I receive things from The Dolls House Emporium. Always faster than I expected and always good things.

Service is first class and the only reason I would not rate as excellent is that I find some prices high when exactly the same item can be bought elsewhere cheaper.

Helpful friendly staff, though dollshouse kits need to be protected more, as one kit had 3 items broken and my latest kit had 11 items broken. I repaired them myself easily which is why I didn't send them back. Other than that I am pleased with everything else about the product and service.
