Easy to lay and use

Loved all of it.

I have been very pleased with the service and quality of the items but have been disappointed that I was sent my dog's bed and blanket but not the dog!!!!

The service is amazing delivering next day. everything is securely packaged and from an extensive order only one item has arrived damagerd. I am however, unclear re the procedure to facilitate credits from returns deducted from subsequent invoices. Do I do this myself?

I found it a bit awkward placing the carpet properly. Adhesive backing is very sticky!
