I have used this site for a year now, my only complaints are when you if to buy something only to find it unavailable and also items only available in the shop when no way can you visit.

Product was of good quality, however this was a christmas present for my daughter so was disappointed in the wrapping when received, just wrapped in a plastic bag and then in a jiffy bag. Would have been nice for it to have been delivered in a box to make the presentation a lot better than it was
