My parcels always contain the correct items and arrive quickly and well-packed.

I thought that the box and packaging that my two tiny items was very excessive and I thought that the delievery cost was high as they packaged it into a huge box which would increase the cost.

The only thing I would say was the order was sent in a very big box, which I felt was a waste of packaging
