Communication could be better at times,l had to ring up to chase an order(not this order) to be told the item would be another 2 weeks,an email telling me it was out of stock would have been nice.

is very nice, but bent on one side, and some bent branches

All items well packed and arrived safely in time for Christmas. Would use again. Just wish more 1/24th scale available and I would buy more.

The service of delivery is very prompt and everything is packed so well to ensure no breakage.

The service is always excellent. When ordering on line, it is a little slow at times.

This is ok as a base. Have added extra baubles and tinsel to make it look better. Ball on the top fell off, so have had to keep reglueing that.
