I wanted to order from Ireland and get sent to my daughter in England, but this wasn't possible. Order arrived very quickly in good condition, however.

Very pretty but loo seat is loose (as so often in real life). And how do we successfully attach the mirror to a wall-papered wall? Needs to come with advice.

Delivery very prompt and service excellent

The order arrived promptly and well packaged. s a first time user I was a little confused on the site when placing the order as I had followed a link from a wish list to get the items. The confusion came with the "free" item and the warning message that only things from a single collection...

was not happy i did not get the discount i was to get because my birthday was in december.

Most things turned up next day, however i did have to chase a missing item which was shipped subsequent to my email. Good service overall.
