One of teh brackets was actually slightly broken with the actual end hook missing. Obvioucly a fault in manufacture as it was not in its box. Made do but not fully happy.

Have bought several because they are so good.

Ordering on line is simple. Orders are dispatched quickly and are well packaged. My only complaint is that some items on the web site are "unavailable" which I found disappointing.

Variety of items both traditional & modern good, prompt service, however quality seems to be deteriorating - lacking precision in painting of accessories & lacking realism when potentially good pieces are lacking that suitable finishing touch
