Products are great but postage is expensive. A £50 minimum for free postage is a lot and out of step with many other online suppliers. On the plus side, the free gifts are a nice touch and much appreciated by our daughter.

The product I ordered was not what I expected, it was far too complex for me. However, they were very good about letting me return it, even coming up wiyh a creative solution to avoid postage costs. Full marks for customer service!
