The service is amazing delivering next day. everything is securely packaged and from an extensive order only one item has arrived damagerd. I am however, unclear re the procedure to facilitate credits from returns deducted from subsequent invoices. Do I do this myself?

For some reason this particular wallpaper is a nightmare to stick on -- it peels repeatedly. We have stuck to the guidelines faithfully for all wall papers--sanding, sizing, pasting -- but this one isn't working.
