Working Grandfather Clock (M)

unfortunately this product didn't work, I have been sent a replacement but again this isn't working. There are no more in stock at the moment. The lady dealing with this has been more than helpful, but I can't help being disappointed with the quality of a product that cost a lot of money.

I received what I thought was a sub standard item for the price. I returned it and received an excellant replacement by return.

I was very disappointed that the hanging weights didnt look realistic they had been badly soldered and therefore do not hang properly.
I was also extremely annoyed having tried to order it at the original sale price of £50 and being told it had sold out, to order in advance and pay £...

Looks great in the corner of the lounge; have an unusual sized house so cannot always have things like this.
