Service excellent as always, but I do find the web pages very slow and I much prefer to speak to a person and order by telephone whenever possible.

Excellent range of items. Great website with very detailed images/video of items. Delivery was quick and the products I bought were of good quality. Would recomend and will use again.

The order arrived promptly and well packaged. s a first time user I was a little confused on the site when placing the order as I had followed a link from a wish list to get the items. The confusion came with the "free" item and the warning message that only things from a single collection...
