Service prompt and product good quality. The only criticism I would have is that the tiny item (4cmx2cm) was delivered in a massive box 1 metre in length. This was entirely unneccessary and I hope the company can consider smaller packaging to drive down postage costs and improve carbon footprint.

The delivery was fast, and most of the items were good. I don't think we need a new catalogue quite so often, unless there are new items. The last catalogue just seemed to be a re-jig of the previous one.
