  1. Are any items from previous catalogues still available?
    When items have been discontinued they are removed from the website but we sometimes have limited stock left. Please contact us if you would like us to check for you.
  2. Can I buy gift vouchers?
    You can purchase Gift Vouchers online or by contacting our sales office. Our Dolls House Emporium Gift Vouchers can be sent through the post, or by email and are redeemable in our shop at Ripley, online or by telephone.
  3. Can I send my order to another country?
    Sorry, we are only able to deliver your order to the country you reside in.
  4. How can I be sure that shopping online with you is safe and secure?

  5. How can I change my account details (email address, telephone number, etc)?
    Once you have registered and logged in you can make changes to your account by clicking the "Your Account" link at the top of the page. You can also contact us.
  6. How can I claim credit I have on my account?
    Add a comment on the order confirmation page at the end of the checkout process. A member of our sales team will then apply any outstanding credits to your order before charging your card.
  7. How do I return items?
    We do not want you to accept anything from The Dolls House Emporium that is not completely satisfactory in every way. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days in the original packaging at no cost to yourself. You will be fully refunded, excluding the outward postal charge.

    For residents outside the UK, please return the item(s) within 30 days and enclose a receipt for the cost of the return postage. You will be refunded the cost of the item, plus your return postage, less the outward postage charge.

    This special, no-quibble guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

  9. I am going on holiday in the UK and abroad how do I locate my nearest stockists?
    Please contact us and a customer service advisor will be happy to help you find your nearest stockist.
  10. Are the special offers shown on your website replicated in your local stockists' shops?
    You can take advantage of our offers in The Dolls House Emporium shop in Derbyshire but our stockists are independent and may choose not to follow the same offers.
  11. The website says that I cannot order due to the country I live in. Why is this?
    It is with regret that due to prohibitive shipping and servicing costs we can longer supply to residents of certain countries.
  12. When will I receive my built dolls' house?
    As our built dolls houses are built to order, a member of our sales team will contact you after you place your order to let you know when you can expect to receive your house. If you would like to check the availability of a built house before you place your order, please contact us. Built dolls houses are only available to the UK mainland.
