How To Order
Our website is designed to be as easy to use as possible and it provides you with additional benefits: you can order at your leisure, revisit your order, change it or add to it at any time until you have clicked on checkout when it will be despatched at the earliest opportunity. We aim to despatch all orders on the same day they are received.
You will also be entitled to qualify for a number of exclusive additional offers throughout the year, only available to our online customers.
Click on the product categories on the left to find the items you wish to buy. Within each main category, you will find a series of sub-sections that will
allow you to narrow down your search. When you have found a product you wish to order, click on the 'Buy Now' button to add it to your shopping basket.
You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the 'Basket' button at the top of every page. Here you can remove items,
change their quantity and view a larger picture and product details. Also on the basket page, you are informed of any free gifts or other promotions you are
entitled to – this changes as your order value increases or decreases in part or in total. For example, "Spend another £8.35 and claim a free gift". Earned
free gifts and/or discounts will be added to your order when you check out.
Searching by Keyword or Part Number
Our Search feature (found on the top of every page) allows you to search for items by descriptive keywords or catalogue part number. Once the search results are displayed, you can add items to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button.
Quick Buy – Ordering by Part Number
If you have a copy of our catalogue and you have already decided what you want to buy, try our Quick-Buy option, situated on the shopping basket page. This allows you to enter
the part number and quantity of each product on your shopping list and see it added to your basket immediately.
What Currency Should I Use?
When you register, you will be asked to select the country you reside in; this will determine the currency in which we can accept your order:
- UK orders are processed in Pounds Sterling
- European orders - Euros
- All other countries - US Dollars.
Due to the risk of fraud, overseas orders can only be delivered to the country in which the order was placed. For example, a customer in France cannot place an order to be delivered in Germany.
Checkout – Finalising Your Order
Before you check out, you need to register. Registration is quick and easy, especially if you are an existing customer. After you register, you will be sent an email containing your new password (which you can change at any time) and instructions of how to log in. Register now »
Once you have registered, you can check out at any time by clicking on the 'Checkout' button at the top of each page. The checkout process is split into four steps:
- Check your order
- Check delivery
You will be guided through the checkout process by our "Help's At Hand" system. Simply click on the link on each step to display a handy tip or example that should help you if you run into difficulty. You can make changes to your order at any step along the way, until you click on "Place Order" on Step 4 - "Confirmation". Your order will then be submitted to our main system for processing and despatch.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Shortly after checking out, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. Should you have any queries regarding your order, you can either reply to this email or contact our sales department. Our contact details can be found on the contact us page.
