When you register on our website, a valid, functioning email address is required. Once registration is complete, an email will be sent to this address confirming your registration and containing your unique password, which you will need to use during checkout and wherever you wish to edit your account information.

During registration you will be asked if you would like to receive details of our regular - often exclusive - special offers via email. We give you this option to ensure that we comply with UK and European data protection legislation.

Your Telephone Number

The growing number of unsolicited telephone calls and "silent calls" has understandably made people more cautious when asked to give their telephone number. Not only will The Dolls House Emporium never pass on your telephone number for other companies to contact you, we are also responsible about how we use your number ourselves.

When you register on our website or request a catalogue, your telephone number is not required. However, if you place an order on our website you will be asked to provide a telephone number so that we can contact you should any problems arise with your order.

Please note that if you provide a telephone number, you will only receive telephone calls from us if there is a problem with your order.

Please note: due to the cost of international telephone calls and the problems associated with different time zones, overseas customers are normally contacted by email.
