For orders under this amount, £3.95 will be added.
Your order will be despatched the same day by first class post or speedy carrier.
Despatch dates for houses hand-built by craftsmen at The Dolls House Emporium will be advised upon
receipt of order.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders the same day by first class post or speedy carrier, and to keep stock
of all items. Should anything be temporarily unavailable, we will send it on to UK addresses
within 28 days. If we do not have a firm delivery date, you will be refunded.
During the checkout process, UK based customers can specify an alternative delivery address in the UK.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send orders to different country.
Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery (UK mainland only)
When time is short, particularly after the last Royal Mail posting date for Christmas,
you may wish to take advantage of next-day delivery for an additional charge of £5.00.
In order to receive a next day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12pm on a weekday.
Overseas order
Please order in Euros or US Dollars by telephone, fax, or on our website
(orders placed in Sterling are delivered to UK addresses only).
If your order includes a dolls' house kit or additional property (including retreats), an additional delivery charge will be shown in your shopping basket and when you check out.
Postage and packing is free if your order does not included those items stated above and is £50.00 or more.
Orders over 1.5 kilogrammes are sent via UPS while smaller packages are sent by airmail.
Delivery should take place within five working days.
Your local customs office may charge an import charge.
We regret that fully built houses cannot be sent overseas.
If you would like a copy of our Euro-priced catalogue, please ask. (If you are paying in
Euros or US Dollars, we can deliver only to those countries. If you wish the order to be
