Postage and Delivery
We aim to despatch orders the same day by first class post or speedy carrier, and to keep stock of all items. Should anything be temporarily unavailable, we will send it on to UK addresses within 28 days. If we do not have a firm delivery date, you will be refunded.

are post and packaging FREE. For orders under this amount,
£3.95
will be added.

Approximate delivery times are between 7am and 5pm

Priority Delivery
Place your order before 1pm on a weekday and for an additional £4.95, you can select our Priority Delivery option during the checkout.
Priority Delivery orders are sent by UPS carrier.

Important Delivery Information
Orders sent by UPS will need to be signed for. If you are not able to sign for your package, the courier will leave a card and attempt re-delivery the next working day (up to 3 times). You can leave special delivery instructions during the checkout process if you have a neighbour who is able to take delivery and sign for the package.
During the checkout process, UK based customers can specify an alternative delivery address in the UK only.
Overseas orders
To confirm we can deliver to your country, please select from the list below and click the Check button:-
Postage and packing is FREE on orders of £35.00 or more.
Orders over 1.5 kilogrammes are sent via UPS while smaller packages are sent by first class post.

Fully Built Houses
Despatch dates for houses hand-built by craftsmen at The Dolls House Emporium will be advised upon receipt of order.
