We have over 30 items up for auction, and many are fully dressed with furniture, wallpapers and accessories, so the winning bidder will be getting a ready-made Dolls House!

1. Viewing is on the morning of the auction, from 10am – 12.30pm.
2. The auctions begin at 1.00pm.
3. Many of the lots have furniture and accessories glued-in (not Mill Cottage)
4. All lots are collected on the day.
5. All lots are sold as seen.
6. Returns or refunds will not be accepted.
7. Payment by cash, debit or credit card please. No cheques.
8. Paid in full on the day.
