Both shops have regular sales where you can seek out a bargain or two, as well as exclusive hand-built products not available online or in the catalogue. Ex-display dolls' houses are on sale at various times throughout the year, often fully decorated and lit. We look forward to seeing you soon!

This month we have a selection of ex-display houses available to buy - ready-built - at The Dolls House Emporium shops at Houghton Hall in Cumbria and Ripley, Derbyshire.
You can’t get them anywhere else so now’s the time to make that visit you always promised yourself!
One-off items at Houghton Hall include a built Cumberland Castle complete with an East Wing, a favourite with all the family simply because it is so flexible and fires anyone’s imagination!
There is also the chance to snap up an ex-display pre-built Waterside Way, at a discount price that makes the journey worthwhile.
You’ll get expert advice from experienced staff too – so come along and pay us a visit.
- During February there will also be additional, exclusive, one-off furniture and accessories samples available in the shop at very attractive prices.

Creative competition prize-winner now on display!
Visit the shops in Ripley, Derbyshire and Houghton Hall Garden Centre, Carlisle, to see some old favourites available as well as a few special treats. The Houghton Hall shop currently displays the life-like 2011 Creative Competition 3rd prize winner, 1st Camp, by cub and brownie leader Claire Wright, from Oxfordshire. It’s based on a true-life camp she visited weeks before the competition and it is well worth a look.
That’s apart from all the usual goodies and miniatures you can buy there.
Both Dolls House Emporium shops are up-to-date with the product range from the latest free catalogue, with room displays to show how the miniatures can be used – and hopefully fire your imagination for your own projects!

From the M6 Junction 44:
Take the A689 towards Houghton (Do not turn right to Houghton) Houghton Hall Garden Centre is half a mile on the right.
If you have any problems finding us please telephone our staff at Houghton Hall on 01228 598 675 and we will be happy to direct you.
Once at the centre you will find our store with the World in Miniature Museum situated on the lower ground floor.
