The perfect royal baby room... in 1:12 miniature scale
31 May 2013
Creative assistant Louise has been raring to go on putting together all the vital ingredients to making the perfect royal baby room!
She’s picked out traditional nursery features combined with a modern touch – and that extra lap of luxury we would expect for a new baby Royal.
Louise says: “The big question on everybody’s lips is whether the new arrival will be a boy or a girl but for furnishing and decorating a nursery this isn’t crucial to the colour scheme as so many are colourful while remaining neutral – and you can always add pink or blue later on!
“The only certainty is the lavish life of luxury the new arrival will enjoy. I’ve added a few special touches to make this a top-end room project… and so that anyone might guess who the room would be for.
“Once you’ve chosen a colour scheme, the furniture must-haves follow on from that, and finally the accessories geared towards a lively, colourful and safe-feeling nursery.
“Add charm, make the room unique, and enjoy yourself as much with the planning as with the making!”
Every new arrival deserves a wonderful nursery, even the 1:12 scale ones!
As well as the items shown in this room display we’ve a whole range of changing tables, playpens and toy chests - even high chairs… just don’t forget those nappies!
